A cat! I just love cats and I could just imagine my cuddliest one Waffles being the size of a cow, he's be so fun to cuddle with. As long as he didn't squish me!

I'll go with a guinea pig. But given how much they eat, I'm surprised they aren't as large as cows anyway!
