My computer did an update the other day which messed up Google Chrome on me where I couldn't use it but when I got home to day it asked me at the top of right hand corner when I open up Google Chrome to updated it and when I did it started working again.

Yeah sometimes updates can be a pain in a rear. I hate when they do dumb stuff like that.

There is only one thing I dislike about Windows 10 at the moment. I can't play the original The Sims. :( I was going to fix up an old PC just so I could play it... but I lack the time/space for another desktop setup. It's a "someday in the future" project.

I had an issue with my Alienware 17R5 after about 3 years, my "E" key was busted and the keyboard needed to be replaced, however, due to the age of the device they couldn't find a replacement keyboard, so I was able to upgrade to a newer M17 model w/ a 3070 card in it :-D

Really loving my new laptop now, it's pretty awesome and the keyboard does seem to be a bit more reliable with it's key travel so i'm hoping i won't run into the same issue again in a few years :-) If I do however, I do have a protection plan :-)

Eek what a pain. Glad you were able to upgrade.

I had a somewhat simiarish problem with an older model of the MacBook Air. Shortly after getting it the keyboard freaked out and would type random letters no matter what key you pressed. You couldn't even login. Luckily since it wasn't long after I had gotten it it was still under warranty so it was fixed free of charge. Only real major issue I had with it.

I have a desktop and a laptop. Both of them are AMD Ryzen based, and I run Linux on them.
