Good night all, been doing about half an hour aroma therapy and music therapy, meditating till dinner heading to bed tonight.

Good morning all, had about 12 hours sleep last night, having my usual for breakfast and my morning coffee.

Today is an exception. I am in pain because of the time of month!

I'm lucky, my you-know-what pains are stopped by my depo shot every three months... which I'm not sure I'll be able to get my next one in the next two weeks because of insurance issues.

Sometimes I get pain sometimes I don’t. Mostly I just get grumpy.

Dad said worst case scenario if we really have to he can do it. He has the right equipment thanks to when he used to take insulin. Still, not sure how legal that is and if I can, I'd still rather a nurse do it.
