Favorite Game Genre's?
What type of games do you typically go for?
Me, I love RPG's. Action, turn based, whatever. Only ones I'm not fond of is tactics too much.
I also like shooters, sometimes fighting ones, platformer ones, and that's about it.

I haven't really played many simulation games myself.

I think the best ones are ones that are a mix of simulation and RPG. My current obsession, My Time at Portia, is basically that.

You move to Portia to work at your travelling father's workshop as a builder. You have to quarry, log, and gather things to use in making things, and build a variety of things for the townsfolk. There's also dungeons with creatures you fight for loot and stuff.

It’s been some years since I played. I never did finish it, but liked it. It involved a kid with some special pendant who eventually meets up with a time traveling princess. I forget the rest of the plot.

When you say it like that, it sounds a lot like Chrono Trigger.Megan wrote: Sat Dec 21, 2019 9:52 am It involved a kid with some special pendant who eventually meets up with a time traveling princess. I forget the rest of the plot.
I don't really have a favourite genre these days. I just prefer games I can play with friends
