Megan I enjoy my yoga. I go every Tuesday morning and amazing how you come out so relaxed.
Juneberry we have a person who goes and she does Chair Yoga as has trouble on the floor. I meditate in a chair as I find when I lay down I tend to cough and that can be a bit embarrassing.
Today making a stew and there will be lots over for my best friend the freezer for those lazy days in the kitchen and believe me I have plenty.

I used to meditate a lot. Should get back to it someday.

I just did a bunch of chores today myself. Nothing much otherwise. Though I did watch Infinity Train which was awesome.
