Good afternoon all, had another 3 hours rest, thence had in all 7 hours sleep last night.

No idea. But it did take a while for me to fall asleep. XD Might help if I actually took these meds I have for anxiety and that help me sleep. But if I don't take em early enough I won't take them. I did once and overslept and was late for work. XD

Good night all, had an iced coffee and an iced Hong Kong milk tea. Lunching on pizza with orange juice. After which, be chilling online till dinner and off to sleep tonight. Happy weekend everyone!
