Role Play: Fantasy Adventures!

[Megan]

"I didn't really do all that much." Kyle said. "I mean the guards from before wouldn't have bothered you at all. They were just from the castle."

[Juneberry]

"Castle?" She looked up at him curiously as they walked, surprised by the word. She had yet to realize why it came up. Shaking it off, she decided not to press him for answers. "I know they wouldn't have bothered me, but... I doubt they'd lead me home, either, right?"

[Megan]

“They probably would have if you said you were lost.” Kyle said. “And if they didn’t I could have always revealed myself and ordered them to.”

[Juneberry]

"I was referring to if I hadn't met you in the first place, you know?" She laughed a bit, smiling warmly to him. "I appreciate it, though."

[Megan]

“Oh…” Kyle said his face turning red. “Well…one of them probably would have helped you out. Most of them are okay I guess even if they’re annoying. Plus…I’m sure you would have found your way out on your own.”

[Juneberry]

"Forests seem harder to navigate than deserts, but that's life when you've never seen one before, I guess." She continued to smile while keeping his pace as they walked. She seemed oddly at ease letting him lead her out of the woods at his own pace. "It's good to know the people in this area are kind."

[Megan]

Kyle was quiet a while. “Well…most of them are, I suppose. Guess it depends who you run into.” He said sighing. “So how come you moved out here?”

[Juneberry]

She struggled to decide whether it was alright to discuss it. She sighed. "Do you know much about the southern continent, by any chance? For example... The culture's emphasis on worshipping dragons?"

[Megan]

“Not too much really.” Kyle said. “I’ve never really been anywhere else but around here.” He added.

[Juneberry]

"I see... Well, it relates to that." She smiled a bit more weakly as she spoke. "Dragons are treated like gods there... But the dragons of the sands see me as a friend. The people there, they can't really... tolerate someone getting so close to those they see as gods. Even if the dragons themselves don't see themselves that way."
