Happy Friday all! In the morning, just been outside for my usual walk, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga. The afternoon, just relaxing online before hitting the pillow tonight

I keep meaning to take some walks. SOMEDAY. Maybe later. On the plus I've been meditating everyday. Almost for 50 days. XD

I'm trying to walk for at least 20-30 minutes every day. Longer would be better. I feel terrible if I don't walk.

Not much here. Been a lazy weekend thus far. Though I'll be working on the chores I didn't do today. XD

Howdy all! Sup there ma’am! How are you today? This morning, I’ve just gone outside for my usual most pleasant and quiet walk, meditation and yoga. It’s a glorious, sunny and gorgeous fall day today, 18C without any humidity. I feel relaxed after my mindfulness and self-care routine today. This afternoon, just enjoying my usual TV show before heading to bed tonight.
