Okay I finally made my decision on the forum platform. I decided to stick with phpBB. If you want a little more info check out this topic.
Edit: You also may have noticed (or not) that the spoiler tag is not working. Its due to phpBB's latest update, but the extension author is working on releasing a fix, so once they've done that it'll be fixed. I deactivated it for the time being. For now just mark spoilers!

Did some small changes on themes and extensions. Mostly on the Chibi Kyle theme. Also the rules page should look a bit nicer. Nothing major really.
