Good morning all, had about 12 hours sleep last night, enjoying a cranberry bread for breakfast and my morning coffee.

Good night all, been doing about an hour aroma therapy and music therapy, meditating till dinner and putting myself to sleep tonight.

Took a shower. Went to Rite Aid with my mom and got some Wendy's. Afterwards took a loooooooong nap. XD

Good afternoon all, enjoying a hazel nut cream coffee and a blueberry iced tea. Lunching on leftovers with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and hitting the deck tonight.

Set up an event at work's open writer discord group, watched a lot of those animated 'true story' things on youtube, wrote a bit... and tended to my dad once in a blue moon 'cause he's sick again.
