When our body is getting ready for sleep mode, it lowers the body's normal temperature naturally do conserve energy. When we get cold, our body mistakes it sometimes as part of that process.

Also hihi from my staff meeting! I'm feeling pretty iffy today- I found a poetry contest I want to enter, but... The poem I wanted to enter I'm iffy with now.
